Thank you for using Contacts (“the App”).
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting user data. This Privacy Policy explains how Contacts (“we,” “us,” or “our”) accesses, uses, and safeguards information when you use the App.
By installing or using Contacts, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

We do not collect, store, or sell personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”).
Contacts does not require account creation or submission of personal data.
1.2 Non-Personal Information
We may collect limited non-identifiable technical data to improve performance and stability, including:
• Device model and manufacturer
• Operating system version
• Application version
• General usage statistics
• Country or region
• Advertising Identifier (where applicable)
This data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify individual users.
2. Permissions & Data Access
Contacts may request certain permissions solely to enable essential features. Permissions are used strictly within the App.
2.1 Contacts Access
Permissions: READ_CONTACTS, WRITE_CONTACTS
Purpose: Displaying, creating, and editing contacts.
All contacts data is processed locally on your device.
We do not collect or transmit contacts data to external servers.
2.2 Call & Phone Access
Permissions: CALL_PHONE, ANSWER_PHONE_CALLS, READ_PHONE_STATE, READ_CALL_LOG, WRITE_CALL_LOG
Purpose: Enabling calling features, displaying recent calls, and managing call history.
Call-related data remains on your device and is not shared with us.
2.3 SMS Permission
Permission: SEND_SMS
Purpose: Allowing SMS sending directly from the App.
We do not read or collect message content.
2.4 Camera Permission
Permission: CAMERA
Purpose: Used to capture a profile picture for contacts. The camera is accessed only when you choose to take a photo within the app.
No images or videos are stored or transmitted by us.
2.5 Bluetooth & Audio Controls
Permissions: BLUETOOTH, BLUETOOTH_CONNECT, MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS
Purpose: Managing Bluetooth connectivity and call audio routing.
2.6 Notifications & Foreground Services
Permissions:
FOREGROUND_SERVICE
FOREGROUND_SERVICE_PHONE_CALL
POST_NOTIFICATIONS
USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT
Purpose: Displaying call UI, alerts, and after-call features.
2.7 Other Permissions
Permission: VIBRATE
Purpose: Haptic feedback and notifications.
3. Use of Information
Information accessed by Contacts is used strictly for legitimate functional and operational purposes, including:
• Providing dialer and calling functionality
• Displaying and managing contacts
• Presenting recent calls and call history
• Supporting after-call features
• Improving application features and user experience
• Monitoring application performance, stability, and diagnostics
• Displaying relevant advertisements through trusted third-party advertising networks (where applicable)
• Maintaining security and preventing fraudulent or abusive activity
All non-personal information is processed in an anonymized and aggregated manner.
We do not sell, rent, or trade user data.
4. Data Storage
• Contacts and call logs remain stored on your device
• No remote storage by us
• No external backup of personal data
5. Location Information
Contacts does not actively collect or store precise location data.
If location access is requested by a feature, it is used strictly for functionality and is not retained or shared.
6. Third-Party Services
Contacts may integrate trusted third-party services for:
• Advertising
• Analytics
• Crash reporting
• Performance monitoring
These may include:
• Google AdMob
• Google Play Services
• Firebase Analytics

We do not share or disclose:
Contacts data, Phone numbers, Call logs, SMS content & Audio data.
Except where disclosure is required by law or legal process.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information accessed by the App. However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed as completely secure.
9. Children’s Privacy
Contacts is not directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Legal Compliance
We may disclose information where necessary to:
• Comply with legal obligations
• Enforce our policies
• Protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud
